New Jersey Divorce and Family Law Attorney
Eric, born and raised in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, always knew he had a passion for justice, and the occasional argument with his younger brother. Attending undergraduate at American University in Washington D.C., along with some mentoring from a close family friend, he very quickly found that the law was his preferred choice to advance that passion forward. He graduated from Rutgers Camden in 2021, with a particularly focus on studies of Family Law, Real Estate, and Landlord Tenant matters, as well as strong membership in Rutgers’s student led OUTLAWs organization, which focuses on legal research and advocacy for issues faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals.
During his time in Law School, Eric also participated in the Family Law clinic Rutgers provides, providing legal assistance to those facing serious child custody matters, as well as gaining a great deal in experience in matrimonial, custody, and alimony matters. Additionally, Eric supported his passion for service by interning for a year at the Community Health Law Project in Elizabeth. There, he provided legal advice and representation for low-income families and disabled individuals at risk of eviction, as well as providing them with reliable estate planning services including wills and name changes. He also gained strong experience in negotiating favorable settlements for his clients.
When Eric is not serving his clients or volunteering to support the community, he often engages in creative writing, and is an avid skier.
