This NBI online seminar will explore legal updates, provide procedural tips, and teach problem-solving strategies that are essential when practicing family law. More specifically, topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
- How to get the best financial settlement for your client.
- How to get the best custody arrangement for children and parents.
- How to advise clients on the different legal options available for dissolving their marriage.
- How to protect the rights of non-traditional relationships (i.e., grandparents, unmarried couples, etc).
