Ashley Cozze (Office Manager)
Ashley graduated from Berkeley College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice in 2014 and was a paralegal with a primary focus on family law from 2016-2024. Prior to joining a law firm, Ashley was the manager at multiple food establishments beginning at the young age of 17. Ashley joined the Ross & Calandrillo team in February 2022 and in January 2025, she was promoted to Office Manager

Cher Krumins-Beens (Client Acquisition & Marketing Specialist)
With over 25 years of experience in marketing, branding, and client engagement. She has led successful campaigns for both startups and Fortune 500 companies. At Ross & Calandrillo, Cher oversees all marketing initiatives and develops content that connects with and supports clients. And, as the first point of contact for prospective clients, she ensures each experience is met with professionalism, empathy, and care.

Kimberly Bryan-Henry (Receptionist)
With over 15 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service across multiple industries, Kim brings professionalism, warmth, and care to every interaction. At Ross & Calandrillo, she’s the first face to greet you in our office, the friendly voice you hear when you call, and the steady hand that maintains our client records with accuracy and care.

LEGAL SUPPORT TEAM

Latisha Bearfield (Paralegal)
Supports – Robyn Ross, Esq., Melissa Gluck, Esq. & Christina Salvia, Esq.
Latisha received her associate degree in paralegal studies from National Paralegal College in 2013. She has been a paralegal, with a primary focus on family law, for over 14 years.

Larissa Symbouras (Paralegal)
Supports – Shari Lee Genser, Esq. & Allison Holzman, Esq.
Larissa received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University. She received her JD from Brooklyn Law School, during which time she received both the NYSBA’s President’s Pro Bono Service Award and the Carole Mehlman Gould Prize for her work in founding the school’s Battered Women’s Project. She was previously an Associate Member of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court. Larissa was previously admitted to the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey, and is presently retired from the practice of law.

Lori Sorkin (Law Clerk)
Supports – Elizabeth Calandrillo, Esq. & Jodi Argentino, MS, Esq.
Lori received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her JD from New York University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude, was named a member of the Order of the Coif, and was the Law Review note and comment editor. Lori was admitted to the bar of the State of New York, but is presently retired from the practice of law.
