Elizabeth A. Calandrillo, Esq., along with other faculty, will lead a National Business Institute (NBI) online seminar called “New Jersey Family Law From A to Z.”

This NBI online seminar will explore legal updates, provide procedural tips, and teach problem-solving strategies that are essential when practicing family law. More specifically, topics include, but are not limited to, the following:

How to get the best financial settlement for your client.
How to get the best custody arrangement for children and parents.
How to advise clients on the different legal options available for dissolving their marriage.
How to protect the rights of non-traditional relationships (i.e., grandparents, unmarried couples, etc).
