Important Announcement Regarding Office Operations During COVID-19

Dear Valued Clients,

The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. Like you, we do not know how far-reaching the effects of the recent COVID-19 pandemic will be. Therefore, we will be taking the following precautionary measures to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy:

  • Effective immediately, all meetings will be held telephonically until further notice. If you need to provide our office with any documents, please do so via e-mail at admin@rcfamilylawyers.com, jonna@rcfamilylawyers.com, or by fax at (908) 543-4801.
  • Through April 27th,  2020 and until further notice, all Courts are closed for in-person hearings. Some courts are conducting telephonic or video hearings. We will continue to monitor any changes in Court operations.
  • If you are in need of a protective order because of a domestic violence situation, please contact your local police department.

We will continue to keep you updated as to any changes in our office policy set forth above, or Court operations. As always, should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
