Congratulations to Elizabeth Calandrillo for being granted an appellate decision regarding child relocation in New Jersey. Attorney Calandrillo won an appellate case for a client who believed the trial court was incorrect in changing custody without holding a best interests hearing or warning them that if the client failed to return to where she previously lived, custody would be modified.
